Our caregivers are employed on both a full-time and part-time basis, depending on your loved one’s care needs. For ongoing, 24-hour care, we use rotating shifts to ensure continuous care. For live-in care, one caregiver stays with your loved one on a full-time basis.
Yes, we provide care 7 days a week, including holidays. Our goal is to ensure your loved one receives the support they need, whenever they need it.
We encourage open communication between families and caregivers. You can contact the caregiver directly, or we can provide updates on your loved one’s care regularly. If you have any concerns, our team is available to discuss any issues and make adjustments as necessary.
We understand the importance of comfort and compatibility. We will match you with a caregiver based on your loved one’s needs, but you are welcome to request a different caregiver if you feel it's necessary.
